Ex.1) You are shopping from Canada and will buy 1 $90 yoga pants and 1 $40 gemstone bracelet. Total will be $130. Free shipping by over-$125 rule is applied to this order. 

Ex. 2) You are shopping from England and will buy 1 $70 sports bra and 1 $28 gemstone bracelet. Total will be $98. Europe-Shipping with Tracking# is applied. Shipping for Jewelry is $18.74 and shipping for wear is $4.99. The shipping cost total will be $23.73. 

Ex. 3) You are shopping from USA and will buy 4 bracelet and the total is $109. Total shipping cost will be $11.00.

* Free shipping is based on cart total and cart total is calculated after applying PROMO CODE. 

* In case of unexpected matter at postal service based on the destination or country, we will contact you to kindly choose a different shipping method with extra cost or cancel the order for the items. 

 

How can I get Free Shipping option?

To Canada Orders: You can select "Standard Free Shipping" at check out. Please kindly note that this Standard Shipping is WITHOUT tracking. We are not responsible for lost/stolen mail. If you would like to have a tracking number, or if you worry that your package might get lost then please select Tracked shipping(Expedited) WITH tracking number at check out. 

To Canada & US Orders: You can automatically get Free Shipping WITH tracking number when you order over $125.00.

Processing time

How long does it take to get a tracking number?

For most items, it will take 1-3 business days. Please allow some additional days for special items. In this case, you can view the details in the item description page.   

Duties & Taxes

 Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?

Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as custom and import policies vary by country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Customs or import charges are not applicable for orders within the country. Our clothing's will be shipped from the US and Jewelries will be shipped from Canada.
